Yes, as choppy said, G2A doesn't have the best reputation. That said, you should contact
Xbox Live Support directly as they can make that determination. You'll want to schedule a call-back or request a live chat with a real person (if it asks you to use the virtual
agent, decline it).

These fictitious stores are not very safe, since they could cause problems. G2A I'd say avoid, wait for the Xbox store discounts to take this game

Anything bought from a third party has to be handled through them, They are a pretty sketchy site and have given a lot of people issues. I wouldn't continue using them if I was you. I would buy directly from Microsoft from this point on
