    YouTube intends you to use their app on Xbox, Microsoft edge on Xbox is not a full featured browser, And has a number of segments that can affect security disabled, which can cause issues with video playback sites.

    The Edge browser on Xbox is not inteded as a full function browser. It is sandboxed and missing many security features streaming sites rely on.

    You should contact them about this issue, or use a phone, computer, or app to access the site.
