    Introduce new Xbox profile badges that players can earn by completing tasks


    Xbox profiles currently show some badges (like Insider or Ambassador), but there’s a lot of potential to make them more exciting and rewarding. I’d love to see new profile badges that players can unlock by completing specific challenges, milestones, or community tasks — similar to achievements, but tied to your profile identity.

    Suggestions: – Add a “Badge Showcase” section on Xbox profiles – Let players earn badges for things like: • Playing 100+ hours in a genre (e.g. racing, RPG) • Completing a Game Pass Quest streak • Participating in seasonal events or Xbox community goals • Unlocking 1000G in a single game • Being a loyal Game Pass member for 1+ years – Include rarity levels (common, rare, legendary) – Let players choose which badges to display on their profile – Sync badges across console, Xbox app, and web

    This would give players more ways to show off their dedication, playstyle, and milestones — and make Xbox profiles feel more alive and personalized.

    From the MyChallenges section of the FAQ:

    What are MyChallenges?



    MyChallenges are a new way to earn by completing certain tasks, like having an active Xbox Live Gold subscription or pre-ordering digital games from the Microsoft Store. For every challenge you complete, you’ll earn a Reward of MyVIP Gems and a badge
    to show off your achievement on your MyRewards page.


    Your progress towards MyChallenges will start tracking as of October 1, 2017.



    Since Gems/MyChallenges were only created and introduced as a feature in October, it is not possible to track activity done before they existed.
