Internet security stopping a file from being opened

What are you trying to download?
Usually that message appears if the file is not from a reputable source and it prevents modifications to your windows system.

In case you want to proceed, did you already tried disabling real time protection via Windows security aka Windows defender?

If this is happen please file a complaint against that gamer. And you are not being banned from Xbox Live by this person you are being disconnected from the internet. You can contact your Internet Service Provider to fix this issue.

I can't file a complaint without being attacked by this person. I can not file a complaint from xbox.com either. I submitted feedback about it. hopefully they can stop this guy.

I deleted those files that were in that folder and then I disconected from the internet, opened the game and when it got to to the 2nd startup screen it closed.

Hi, please do not name and shame on the forums, you will need to open up that persons Gamercard, and file a complaint. Block the user to stop receiving messages from them.
