internet explorer problems, can't view certain yahoo pages

My computer died recently, so I've been using my xbox to get online with the explorer app. Recently, almost all of the yahoo news articles I try to read will load, then jump straight to a screen that says: xbox doesn't support downloading files to local
storage. This seems to have started just recently, and I haven't really noticed it happening with non-yahoo pages. Any ideas?

My Xbox one internet explorer is stuck on a pop up.

I can't view my tabs, my history, or anything. As soon as I open internet explorer it has a popup giving me a phone number and says I have a virus. I click OK, and it pops right back up again. Before i can even switch pages.. Someone help!

 

Yeah -its happens with just about every article now.You can go to websites but if you click anything you get this message.I tried re-intalling IE but the problem is getting worse .IE is completely worthless now.
