Internet explorer not working anymore!!

Discus and support Internet explorer not working anymore!! in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I don't know what happened, but since a couple of days ago the IE app on my Xbox One just stopped working.     Internet explorer not working anymore!!


    I don't know what happened, but since a couple of days ago the IE app on my Xbox One just stopped working. It keeps loading the app forever with that center circle spinning.. And I did not find any option to uninstall so I could try redownloading and installing
    it again.. Is someone having the same problem??

    I also have this problem.

    I receive the blue IE logo upon start up, but then the app loads indefinitely on a black screen with the spinning circle icon.

    I had that problem the first day I used my Xbox One. I fixed it by turning off the console at the mains, waiting about 10 seconds and powering back on. It's been working fine since.

    Internet explorer not working anymore!!

    Try a hard restart. Hold the xbox button on the face of the console for 15 seconds then restart.
