Internet connection issues for almost a month now

To add to Njal's comment, stuff like cheap cordless phones, baby monitors and microwaves can wreak havoc on some routers (especially poorly shielded cable company routers). I had an apartment once where if my neighbors $29 cordless phone rang my laptop
would lose WiFi for a few seconds.

I also literally had to refresh 4 times before I could get back to the page.

Are you running with wireless connection? Also we are troubleshooting to see if we can remedy the issue. There is something going on being that 2 different devices are not staying connected. Router could also be too weak to handle multiple connections at
once.

I am running wireless + cellular data on my phone, and would it be isilated to two devices when 6 or 7 are connected and using internet, and my dad probably will not let me restart the internet anyways. It only affects my devices and litteraly nobody else
in the house is being affected. The number of devices using the network has not changed recently either.

Thanks for coming to the forums with your questions. For the connection issue you can reboot the modem/router. You can use the

troubleshooter for your disconnects. Do you have a wired connection or a wireless connection? Try these out and let us know how it turns out.

I doubt it will help since it is only happening with my phone and my Xbox nothing else in the house is having internet issues
