Yes,when im playing online my game frequently stops and say" cant connect to xbox live" and NAT Is set to moderate.

Hi, try having your son sign out of and back into his account on the Xbox please. If that helps and the issue returns later then a more permanent solution would be to remove and add your sons account back to the Xbox.

I would run into issues with this intermittently as well. You might want to check the port forwarding rules for your router. From any web browser, type in the address of your router to access its configuration page (usually this is 192.168.1.1). You'll have
to log in as an admin- information on how to do this and navigate your router's config page should be provided by the manufacturer. What you want to do is set up port forwarding to "open up" the port that the Xbox One needs to connect to the Internet, as they
may be blocked by your router's firewall. You can visit
support.xbox.com/.../network-ports-used-xbox-live for information on how to set this up.
