Internest issue

It's been working fine for years, even changing providers 9 months ago there has been zero problems, just went out and picked a ethernet cable up and it connects no problem, every other device in house is working spot on, think its the console has got a fault with with the wireless connection for some reason

You should contact your ISP for problems with internet connections. It's quite possible your router has a compatibility issue. If you are not using a router provided by your ISP, then you should contact that manufacturer

Have you tried unplugging console and internet. Then replugging console and internet. Let everything boot back up then try again. Is it giving you any error messages? Does it show your internet name at all? Have you added anything new to the internet equipment.

Reset the xbox keeping games and apps so effectively a hard reset

Nothing works at all, but will connect through my hotspot on my phone through the WiFi in My house, but when I try to directly connect to Internet just comes up "cannot connect"

At a total loss n starting to get annoyed now😂

from the way u talk i think it u not the xbox man i don tthink u grasp the fact that u have 2 chat channels destinys and the snap feature if ur in feature u will not hear the ppl in the game unless there in the snap party chat or vice versa most games work
