    Why am I unable to gift a friend on xbox live. I live in Canada and my friend is in the US and im unable to send tgem anything thats not region locked. Is there any way around this?

    I just bought a Canadian friend a game via the marketplace buy as a gift option. Maybe you can get them a game instead (just a thought). Also there was an option on the 360 to gift money to friends but not sure if the option is still there. If you have a
    360 maybe you could go that route.
