HDD died

Last night my HDD on my Xbox one S died and the console is out of warranty.

I have a new HDD but I need to know how to get the OS for my Xbox one S onto the new HDD ?

Is it a HDD for the Xbox 360 S or is it an "old fat" one with the Case removed?

Internally, only the ones that come with the console as authorized for use. The console is not meant to be opened and have the internal drive swapped.

Also check that the blu ray app is installed on the interna hdd. On external you could have issues. And check if the app is up to date.

Sim , é normal. Alguns modelos E e S do Xbox 360 vem sem HD e com 4GB de memória interna.

Yes, it`s normal. Some Xbox 360 models (E and S) come without HD and with 4GB of internal flash memory.

As long as you use an official Xbox 360 S hdd in any model Xbox 360 S you are OK. It's possible that your original post was misinterpreted as promoting the use of an Xbox 360 "Classic" hdd in an S model, which a) would not be possible unless you were to
mod the hdd module and b) if you DID mod a Classic hdd to fit in an S console you would be in breach of the TOU.

I don't believe anyone is suggesting that using an official, unmodded, un-tampered with Xbox 360 S hdd in the hdd slot of a Xbox 360 S 4GB model would be in any way breaching the TOU.
