    Internal Wireless in Xbox One not functioning


    Hi, my Xbox One for a while now has not been able to connect to the internet. That had not been a problem before since I used a wired connection, however now that I am at school I can only connect to a certain wireless network to get online and I have tried
    resets and reconfiguration process but to no avail. Using an external wireless adaptable is not an option for me because the network uses a MAC filter and I cannot find one that is compatible with that. Am I just out of luck? Please get back thank you

    My XBOX 360 S is not showing the 802.11 N adapter

    Unless you are using a slim that had it's internal wireless damaged and not functioning, then you shouldn't be using a wireless adapter on it.

    The internal memory on the old 256mb Arcade or the 512mb Arcade is internal flash memory and cannot be retrieved if the console is not functioning properly.

    What happens when you try to use the wireless on the console exactly? You might need to work with the IT Department with your school in order to get hooked up, but let us know!

    Unless you are using a slim that had it's internal wireless damaged and not functioning, then you shouldn't be using a wireless adapter on it.

    It is recommended to use Microsoft Wired Keyboard, as wireless adapter for keyboard will interfere with Xbox One's internal wireless adapter for Controllers or WiFi, and Xbox One does not have drivers for keyboard wireless dongle.
