Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue and error.

Since our services are not having problems anymore, I would suggest trying what we call a soft reset of your console.
It's a reset of your console back to factory settings but one that does not uninstall any of your games or apps and is a really good troubleshooting step for most issues.

Just make sure that before you go ahead with it, that you do know all of the sign-in information for any/all of your accounts(asthey
will be removed) and have easy access to your internet network.

Also make sure that you select the option denoted
reset and keep my games and apps.

Thanks for the reply,

I have tried this option multiple times just to make sure etc.

I have had Xboxs since the original and i have never had this issue once but with the X i have had it 4 times in 3 months....

To add to this, when i go to settings it says i cannot turn error reporting on as i am a part of the insider/preview program it says but when i go to the insider app it says this console cannot be apart if the insider program as this is an internal devkit????
i am completely lost.

I have spoken to the xbox team and they say the code is a error on their end but i look at the latest update and it says 01/01/1601??? surely something not right here...

Regarding that error code '0x8B050033' this seems to happen when there is maintenance on the Xbox Servers, not sure that is the cause for you, but since you mentioned it I'll post the support page:

yes that is for a PC DX12 will be on dev kits prob not the console which is the point its the dev kits that help devs make the game lol
