    Hello everyone,

    I'm turning to this community for assistance with a voice quality issue that's been plaguing me. I have my Samsung Galaxy A54 and Xbox Series X connected to my Xbox wireless headset. The audio from the Xbox is crystal clear, but the voice coming from my Galaxy A54 through either the PlayStation app or Discord app becomes extremely choppy at random intervals. It's so distorted that understanding anything becomes a struggle.

    Here's the full picture of what I'm dealing with:

    - **Connection Configuration**: My Galaxy A54 and Xbox Series X are both linked to the Xbox wireless headset simultaneously. The voice quality issue is isolated to the Galaxy A54.



    - **Dolby Atmos Enabled**: Dolby Atmos is activated on both devices, which should, in theory, provide a seamless audio experience.



    - **Troubleshooting Efforts**: I've restarted and re-paired the devices, adjusted the Bluetooth AVRCP version in my phone's developer settings, and made sure that all devices are running the latest updates.



    - **Apps in Question**: The poor voice quality occurs when using the PlayStation app or Discord app on my Galaxy A54, with the same choppy results in both.

    Despite these efforts, the problem persists, with the voice quality dropping and then returning to normal in an unpredictable pattern. I'm curious if anyone has had a similar experience or if there are any known solutions to this issue. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated as I try to resolve this frustrating problem.

    Xbox One wireless headset?

    The Xbox One will be bundled with an improved voice and sound quality wired headset, which tucks under the controller neatly with 3 buttons. Unsure about wireless headsets but I assume, as with later 360 wireless headsets, MS will release them later next
    year aswell as adaptors to use your current headset, turtlebeach etc...

    We'll just have to wait and see, as their current focus is on great games launching soon.

    After investigating, there is an article on the SteelSeries support website that sound similar to the issue you are experience

    There's a step that details how to reset the headset there. Try that out and let us know if it resolves the issue.

    Are you able to connect other Xbox devices (i.e.: Xbox Wireless Headset, Xbox Wireless Controller, etc.) to the Wireless adapter? If you have a controller and the headset connected to the device at the same time, can you try using the headset with the adapter by itself to see if you notice any changes?

    Since we do not make this headset, your best option may be to contact SteelSeries support first to see if they are able provide you with a solution. If you're able to identify that this is not a problem with the headset or it's firmware after troubleshooting with them, let us know and we'll try our best to help solve your issue.

    I would check out Tritton AXPro. It's in the price range you want and unless it has to be wireless no other headsets match it for sound quality to me at least. Another option is to wait since Tritton/Madcatz will soon have the only official completely wireless
    headset link. It won't need to connect to the controller at all to use voice chat.
