Intermittent connection issues late at night.

If you are having intermittent connectivity issues, I strongly suggest checking to see if UPnP is enabled and if so, try disabling it to see if your problem persists. A few people I have helped lately have seen improvement after disabling UPnP.

Me too, internet is connected but says NAT issue. Was connected last night until late and not working all day todaynas well

There is only one reason I can think of to update or factory default you router's firmware , connectivity , I've seen it work before and it's usually the first thing they will have you do if you ever have to call your routers support number...I always
like to try everything on my end so I can say " naw , already did that" .....hope your call back works

There are very few if any reason to have to update the firmware on your router, especially if its from the last couple of years(mine is current and not having any updates for this model anyway). Literally nothing has changed on my network/Internet connection
since the date in question.

Re installing didn't work, even tried clearing the Persistent Storage and unplugging the console for 30 sec as some people have been saying "fixes all issues with your xbox one". More or less I'm up to a factory reset and reinstalling 450 gigs worth of
games (MCC being a digital copy). I've called Rockstar but they are "Experiencing higher than usual call volumes" so I am patiently awaiting a call back.

Which restarts the console anyway with the long boot. So its very well the restart that lets you reconnect to live and not the clear alternate MAC as a simple reboot either the long way or instant on way allows me back on to multiplayer games.

I realize that is what Rockstar asked you to do. Why should I have to restart my console over and over again just to be able to play a game for a few minutes and be right back to where I was.

I'm currently in the process of re installing GTA V in the hopes that it might in some way correct my issue before I call Rockstar.
