Instillation for game/keeps stopping

Hi Microsoft, so im trying to download this game, and while im trying to download it, it keeps saying there is an update. I press update later, but every time it tries to install, it keeps stopping at %4 and says “Instillation stopped” I kept taking the disc out over and over again, but it’s not working.

Yes I do have the app installed, and ok thank you! But do I search the game up in the Xbox store on the app or are you saying to download it on the app?

Sure thing. “Skylanders SuperChargers Portal Owner’s Pack”. Now I know the game skylanders is a pretty old game back in the years around (2013-2017) but i have installed older versions of this one and there playable and they installed fine, it’s just this game I’m having trouble with.

I just pressed download on the app and I see it’s starting to install on my Xbox. When do I put the disc in?
