    That is true. We are not employees, and we cannot do anything to anybody's account. To appeal you need to contact an employee that works for Microsoft on an official website which usually ends with ".microsoft.com" Example: "https://hello.microsoft.com" hello.microsoft.com is not a real site from the time I am posting this. Please do not fall for any scams!

    I understand. If you feel that your ban was unjust, you can try signing in on the website I sent above about the reason for the ban and see if it can be appealed.
