Instant installation stopped + missing apps?

I'm trying to digitally reinstall Shantae and The Pirates Curse since when I first tried to play it, it showed the game cover screen but immediately kicked me out without reason. So when I deleted it and tried to reinstall it, Xbox immediately says Installation Stopped when it doesn't even show up as downloading at all and I do nothing to make it do so. Not only that, when I select it with A, it pops up that I'm missing an app and when I select the option of going to the Microsoft store to download this mystery app, it just shows the Legacy Xbox Hub which is already installed. When I select manage game, it shows the same pop up message as me missing the required app. If anyone has a solution or need me to make it more clear, please let me know here, or on my Xbox account, Golden Gear MK5.

I'm sorry to hear that. Here are the steps that you can try for your concern.

Solution 1. Do you have an external hard drive plugged in to the console right now?

If yes, can you unplug it and Please Turn off console > (press and hold power button for 10 seconds) unplug everything from the console > wait for 2 minutes and plug everything back > Turn On the console.

Once done, please check if the issue still persist while the external hard drive is unplugged.

Solution 2.Try removing your account and add it back again.

To remove your account:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.

To add it again:

Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.

Select Sign in.

Select Add & manage.

Select Add new.

Enter your Microsoft account email address and password.

Solution 3. Try to do a soft factory reset without removing any games and apps.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Settings > System > Console info > reset then keep my games and apps.

NOTE: This will delete the profiles on your account, make sure that you remember the email and password to your account.

I'm having some issues to update Netflix app, it didn't open the app.

Amazon instant movie didn't install on xbox one show that has be stopped the process.

Have you tried remote installing the game with instant on enabled?

I tired remote install twice, the install is still stopping at 15 percent

I am having sort of the same issue, while the xbox is one the games download normally but as soon as I power off the console it stops the updates. instant-on is selected and keep my games & apps updated is selected. The game is being installed to the internal
HDD.

How is your console connected to the internet, wired or wireless? Also, do you have Instant On enabled or is it set to Power Save?

hi yes my console is in instant on it started working again. But has stopped working now tried downloading resident evil 7 demo via app and just went to ready to install and didn't auto install. What I have found is that if I restart the console it will
start downloading the game then its basically inconsistent,my Xbox is wired connection
