    Installing Microsoft Bingo on new PC


    I have not been able to install or uninstall Bingo for 2 months on my computer. I sits in a queue stating. "Unable to install, will try later. I did try a friends computer and could install Bingo with my password. Will I be able to play
    and gift on my new computer? Will the info still be available on Xbox in the cloud? Thank you

    What the heck!!!

    my laptop had windows 8.1 no problems with Bingo, then it downloaded windows 10, bingo will not work!

    just bought a new desktop pc, windows 10 already installed BINGO works GREAT!!! WHAT THE HECK!!!!!!

    I want to be able to use it on my laptop again!!!!!

    PLEASE tell me why updated window 10 is not working???????

    Your info should still be in the cloud, assuming you connected it to Xbox Live.

    As for why it's unable to install - is there an error message anywhere?

    Yes 0x80D02017. I have had MS support work on it and they even did Windows 10 reboot. This happened about July 1, when I tried to reset Bingo. It hasn't worked since. I just since in the queue to install, though I've tried lots of times. It was time
    for a new computer anyway. I can still get the activity feeds on Xbox, just not bingo. Thanks
