    Installing Lego Marvel Collection


    For the past week or so I’ve been trying to install The Lego Marvel Collection and at first everything worked fine. All the dlc’s installed, Lego Marvel Superheroes 1 installed just fine, but whenever I tried to install Lego Marvel Avengers and Lego Marvel Superheroes 2 they would get to a certain percentage and stop and then say, “Installation stopped.” I’ve tried all trouble shooting methods and I even uninstalled everything on the disk and am now reinstalling it but it’s just doing the exact same thing and I’m not sure what to do. Can I do anything to help it?

    Hi, I hope you're doing great despite the issue you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    Let's try to install the game digitally by following the steps below:

    1. Open the Xbox app on phone and sign in

    2. Search for the game that cannot be installed

    3. Press Download to console and select the destination console

    4. Once the game has been installed on that console, the disc can be inserted to play.

    Hi there, Azzawon; I think that I know what the answer is here. I purchased this game in the US from Game Stop (basically, the US version of Game) and also got the Super Hero Pack code with my purchase. For whatever reason, DLC/Codes/etc., don't automatically
    install, you have to go to them and install them once downloaded.

    For LEGO Marvel Super Heroes (and other games) here's what you do:

    1. Go to "My games and apps"
    2. Move the cursor over LEGO Marvel Super Heroes (don't hit A)
    3. Press the Menu button
    4. Select "Show all add-ons"
    5. Select Lego Marvel Super Pack (it should say "Ready to Install"
    6. Press A and select Install
    7. Wait for the install to finish, then play and enjoy.
