Installing hasnt been possible for the games I had installed before, more explained below

Yesterday I was trying to play BO3, when I inserted the disc it seems as it wasnt Reading it despite being in good conditions, it recommended me to unistall it and install it again, however, the console or somehow it got uninstalled without asking me, so
I tried to install it again but it didnt work, it just says installation stopped and nothing else, however dlc didnt uninstall, just the game itself, I woke up today only to realice that some of my other games were gone as well, same case, only dlc left but
the game themselves gone, and I cant install them again because I get the same message, i noticed that other games that werent installed before can be installed again, however I cant confirm if its the same with the rest of my physical copies, BO3 is the only
one I know cant be installed for some reason, halo 5 which I also have a physical copy uninstalled as well and possibly cant be installed again either, I tried following some of the possibly solutions from the support pages, however none worked, even trying
to install a physical copy gave me the same result: " installation stopped", im afraid that new games wheter online or physical cant be installed anymore, and im not gonna spend money just to confirm that, however ifd there is a posible solution or you have
an idea of what may be happening please do tell, take in consideration that an external drive is being used, however ive been very careful with it so I honestly dont think its the issue

juddery playback when playing from HDD

I have had it once or twice on my copy (which is installed) but it has also happened round my mates house on his disc and he hasnt installed it. It's very strange the whole game just freezes for a couple of seconds then picks up again?

 

Hey i would suggest to do an hard reset of the console, add again your profile and the all the games you need...

cause this is not normal...

 

have you tried clearing the cache of the console by holding down the power button on your console for 10 seconds?

 

Best thing you can do is to contact Xbox Support and have your console set for repair. It looks like broken hard drive unfortunately.

Try this :

1- Eject your disc

2- On the main screen , press and HOLD 10 sec the powerbutton of your console; wait 30sec , restart console

3- Sign in with your account (console has to be online)

4- Insert your disc , you should see a message about an update , select "yes" and let the installation working til 100%

5- Play the game
