Installing Games On Certain Accounts

Hello,

Im having trouble with the xbox at the moment. I just bought the game pass on my dads account and i was able to get minecraft dungeons for free on my account. Although i cant get any other games for free. I think its a bad concept that if you purchase something
on one account you cant access it in another. I only purchased the game pass yesterday so im still looking at ways to fix it myself. But please change it so when you purchase anything its the xbox’s and not just that account’s.

you can't get games on the other account . it's as simple as that. If you want to get games on you're account you're going to have to get game pass for that other account.

You should to talk about it with your dad to set account setting by default, i think...

What you are asking is actually very easy to accomplish. What you have to do is set the account where game pass was purchased as the default xbox profile. When you enter the settings menu on the general tab there will be a personalization submenu. At the
bottom will be an option called my home xbox and that's where you go to make the game pass games work on all profiles. Just be sure you follow the steps on the profile where game pass was purchased which would be your dad's account.

If you and your dad are using the same console, your dads account that has the subscriptions should be set /designated the Home console.
This will allow all accounts on that console to use the subscriptions including playing games downloaded from GamePass.

This is a simple fix, all you haft to do is go on your dad's, go to your subscriptions and set /designated the Home console.
