Installing EA games showing in xbox game pass app as 0% and in que forever. However...

Thank you. At first I was like "oh no. ive tried all of this allready" and i have actually. But what I did was skip the steps that were not relevant, and changed up the order. So, what I did was I did half the last step first (uninstall the microsoft gaming service), i then uninstalled the games from inside the ea desktop app, then reinstalled the microsoft gaming service), and finally the games were not longer showing in the xbox app as in que for download anymore. And when I tried installing an ea game from inside the xbox app, it fired up the ea desktop app, where i chose location, and it started installing like before, but this time the xbox app is showing the same progress as the ea desktop app. Just like it used to before this happened!

I tried just uninstalling the game from the ea desktop app earlier, but that didnt make any difference in the xbox app that were still just "stuck" on the "0%, 0 B" progress bar, with no error message, and no cancel possibility.

Amyway, now it all works again

Similar issue. I choose a game and select download in the Xbox app which in turn opens the EA Desktop app. My gamepass account is showing it is linked and that I have EA Play. However, the download button for the game in EA Desktop is missing. All of the EA Play games are missing the download button. Meanwhile the xbox app gets stuck saying it is preparing to download at 0%. Then it disappears from the sidebar in the Xbox app. The button to download the game on the Xbox app goes back to saying install. It is an endless circles that doesn't work. I just spent and hour with EA chat and it is still not resolved. Absolutely ridiculous!

I cannot access all my EA games that i used to play before. The EA application shows a message saying that my xbox game pass was expired and I have to renew game pass to play. However I checked that my Xbox PC game pass was not expired. I can still play games in xbox app but not games in EA play. I tried to restart the app and logged out many times, but no response at all.

Hi, I'm experiencing the same issue. I've confirmed that my EA account is properly linked, and I've also verified that there are no problems with my Xbox subscription. I can download Xbox Game Pass games from the Xbox App without any issues. However, in the EA app, it states that I need to subscribe or purchase the games.

Whilst my EA account is linked to my Xbox account - I am still not able to download games in the Xbox app.

When I click "INSTALL - Included with GAME PASS", it says "Preparing 0% VIEW PROGRESS" the disappears and goes back to saying "INSTALL - Included with GAME PASS"
