Installing Destiny 1

I'm having a hard time installing destiny 1. It keeps stopping the installation. I did everything you suggested to another person that had the the same problem and it's still not working. I have 2 consoles and 2 of the same disc, and I keep trying and get the same problem. I unplugged my internet as well to see if that was problem. Please help me.

1.Tried 2 different consoles with two of the same game they are not dirty, they look brand new though older

2. Went offline trying to install, it asked for the internet so I connected again and it stopped.

3.Unstalled then reinstalled same problem.

4. Unplugged my internet then tried to start again, same problem.

Reset both xbox consoles, same problem.

Again, please help

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

We may need to install the game digitally. Please follow the steps below:

1. Cancel the installation and remove the disc.

2. Perform a powercycle on your console.

A. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

B. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

3. Launch Xbox app on your phone and search for the game.

4. Click the game and choose "Download to Console"

5. Wait for the game to install completely before inserting the disc to play it.

Ok, if the game is not installed then go to My Games and Apps then Ready to Install to download the base game.

I would be happy to download Destiny, but also the Collectors Edition app, where I offer to download the Expantion Pack 1(after 1% of installation constantly fails) and 2(installs fine), I have nothing more to install and most Destiny in the My games and
apps NO! =(

1. the disc was new and perfect

2. destiny installs itself

3. I returned it and the new one works fine

Sorry to hear it. Is this a digital or disc copy? If it's a disc copy then try installing offline. If it's a digital copy then try power cycling the console by holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down to see if that helps.
You could also make sure that there are no pending updates on the console.
