Installing bo3 on disc, help.

Trying to install bo3 on disc but always stops around 3.6-4.3%. I am offline, I've already factory reset the xbox, the disc and xbox are both fairly new, I've cleared the local storage, I have removed my external HDD. I have tried everything but it never works. It sometimes stops and starts but that only happens for a short time. Sometimes when I am online, the update goes to about 20% and then stops and if I try to install the game first, the first problem occurs again.

Hi there! Sorry to hear about that. Let's do our best to figure this out.

What exactly is your Xbox console model or generation?

My suggestion here is to download & install the game through the Xbox Store by searching the game manually while the disc is inserted.

To further isolate it, try installing a different game on a disc. If it installs fine, most probably the issue is with the copy of your BO3 game.
