    Hello I really need help,

    I cant get my Direct X 12 Halo games to run anymore, all I did was install Origin about a week ago, which came with Mass Effect Andromeda and The Old Republic. Halo Wars 2 and Halo 5 Forge ran perfectly before installing the Origin games. I don't understand,
    this bullcrap happened to me last fall and the ONLY solution was for me to wipe the hard drive, then re-install windows 10 from scratch... This is ridiculous Microsoft! Are you seriously telling me that I cant install ANY sub-Direct X 12 games on Windows 10?
    Unless they are, of course, crappy DX9 Windows Store games???

    I REFUSE to re-install Windows again. I NEED SOME HELP HERE. Yes Direct X 12 is sweet, but not if I come this close to tossing my entire rig out the window because the damn game wont render?

    Extremely disappointed in Windows 10 and MS. You've really let me down guys...

    FH501 This means that your system's video card doesn't support DirectX 12.

    I have windows 10 AND direct X 12, so **** is the problem? why won't it launch?

    Forza 6 is on the way.

    Just read something on twitter saying that Forza 6 will have a new game engine and will possibly be the first first party game to run on direct X 12.

    If you turned on Direct X 12 on the game try turning it back to direct11 . also try using a different hdmi port

    you can't remove direct X 12, your video card likedoes not support DirectX 12 ultimate and the game likely requires it but first we would need to know what game you're trying to play and what your hardware specs are

    Could you tell us your video card model? If your video card is not compatible with DirectX 11 it will not work install Directx11. And DirectX 11.3 and 12 are included with these Windows versions.
