Installed wrong version

A lot of people say it because the wrong version of the game is installed but I have the cross gen bundle and made sure 3 times I downloaded the x/s version .

You may just be looking at wrong version in the store. If you already started the download, it should be cool to delete it, then go to your Ready to Install section of games and apps, and start the install from there

Worth mentioning are in my xbox app 2 flight simulator icons trying to be installed at 123Gb each. They are stalled with a message "something went wrong"

The very same app recognises where fs is installed!!

The basic version and premium deluxe versions. Both stalled. I bought the premium deluxe from the MS store

i have had it, both were the same game but different versions which was annoying as i installed the wrong one and had to re download the other to play online with a friend.

Unfortunately, users on the Xbox One version of the game can't play with those on the Xbox Series S/X version. Since games can't be exchanged and FIFA 23 doesn't have an upgrade option, your best option would be to request a refund for your purchase and get the Series S/X version instead.
