    Installed The Ascent, Then it Deletes itself


    I've installed the Ascent through Windows game store twice now, Everytime it finishes, I click launch, and then it does nothing for a little bit, then it is completely deleted and then it says to install. This has happened twice and has cause me to be unable to play at times I should have had no issues playing. What is the issue? I have space, I have permissions, Everything is totally fine yet there is some ungodly force deleting the game as soon as it installs. I would kindly ask for a solution, or a refund.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    This is indeed an odd issue, I have also checked and seems like it’s unusual concern. In this case, kindly restart your PC and then try to install the game from the Xbox App itself. Let’s check if there will be an improvement.

    I'm our of ideas man. I'm not quite sure why the Add-on is doing that. Wouldn't want you to Factory reset your console for something I believe isn't your console's fault.
