Installed games suddenly not appearing in Xbox App

I'll suggest you try doing a factory reset keeping games and apps on your console. This will refresh the console and remove all potential bugs without deleting any game data.

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.
3. Select Reset console.
4. Choose Keep Games and Apps

Once that is done, you'll need to sign into the console using your Microsoft account credentials.

If it is showing that it is available to play and not giving you the option to download then it is likely already installed on the console. I had the same issue with Forza Horizon 4 and suddenly when it released it appeared in my games and apps.

Suddenly I had a brainwave that this issue could be caused by an dependent app and it was right.

I've resetted the App "Gaming Services" and suddenly could install Imperator: Rome. The game also started.

This is how you do it:

Open the Settings app. Click on Apps. Search for "Gaming Services" and click on Advanced Options. Click on Reset.

Keep in mind that the app could be named different if your Windows language isn't English.

I've followed your steps and didnt work. Until the launch of this game, the xbox app was normal. It is the first time thats happend to me. Probably it is some kind of a problem with the app or the app is having too much access at the same time. I just
install another game and that was fine. But the app suddenly goes dark when i try to put Outer Worlds to install. Thanks for the trying!

So today at morning my quests they appeared and i could turn in previous quests, but now at evening, I turned on my xbox, opened the xbox game pass app, and suddenly the quests vanished again, i dont know what's going on.
