Installed games missing form XBOX App

I installed sims 4 yesterday and now the launcher is gone but the files are still there. If I try to install again it gives me an error. I already did that powershield thing it fixed it so I could download games again but now games are fcking disappearing

Hi,

I can only assume it must be a glitch. I couldn't tell you what causes it. The Game Pass app is merely a portal and a quick launch for Game Pass titles, the downloads are actually completed via the Windows Store. You don't need the Xbox App running to launch
your installed games either.

As long as the games are appearing in Settings > Apps to allow you to uninstall when you finished I can't see any issues.

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. I'd be happy to help troubleshoot the issue.

On the newer Xbox (Beta) app, the installed games should be listed in the left margin on the home page after logging in. If you do not see the games listed, then try re-installing the app, just right click and then uninstall. Once removed, go to https://www.xbox.com/xbox-game-pass/pc-games/,
click get started and then Download app.
