installed games - game pass with multiple users

hi,

here's my problem:

one pc

two users: each with his own microsoft account and game pass subscription

user 1 installs "the outer worlds" and plays it. nice and smooth

user 2 doesn't see the installed game at all. the big button says "install". trying to install gets nothing... the download start and end instantly, showing the "play now" notification. but the big button always say "install" and no game appear in the "installed
games" section

someone can help?

we don't own an Xbox

only pc

Is my home xbox enabled? Because even if the game is installed this may be a problem with licensing.

I see, you do know if you both have a seperate game pass subscription when one of you downloads a game it's not like a shared account. It's 2 seperate accounts. I still reccomend taking the second account off and putting it back on and if that doesn't
work contact the Microsoft support line.

I also recommend to take the account off the xbox and bring it back. It may be enough to fix it if nothing works.

In order to share the subscription with other users, you have to set a console as your Home console. https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-network/console/my-home-xbox You can only have 1 console set as your Home at a time. So he would need to set a console as hos Home that they could use and then he can be signed into his own console and use his subscription there.
