Installed games from CD don't launch

I just bought an Xbox one S. Games installed from a CD don't launch. When I start the game I only get a picture of the game qnd then it goes back to the home page...

And the CD is in the disc reader chen I try to launch the game...

Thanks, this is something I can still try. I have already re-installed the games which didn't help, but I have not yet reset the console back to factury settings. Since this is a console I bought from someone else, hopefully this will help....

Hello Hovering! Are you connected to Xbox Live? Because you will need to update the game so the game can start. You can go on the section "My Game and Apps" to see if the game is installing a update.

Still doesn't help. I am however to play Rocket league directly from CD and I can plah fortnite which was installed online. But games installed from CD don't want to launch and always go back to home screen after a few seconds (without error message)
