Installed games don't show up.

The games i installed trough the XBOX application don't show up in it.

I had them installed on an external HDD and now integrated it.

This problem only occures for XBOX. Steam, Uplay, Origin and Epic Games still let me play my games.

Because i use the Game Pass i also can't delete the Folder on the harddrive where everything is installed.

I need to find a way to either get XBOX let me play the games i installed and pay for or let me delete them.

Hello,

Game Pass titles like all Windows 10 apps from the Windows store are encrypted and locked. I take it you have taken your external drive and now put this drive into your PC as an internal drive?

When you installed your games, Windows would have seen this drive as USB external drive, but if it's now integrated it will now see it as a different drive, even if you kept the same drive letter. Your Steam, Origin and other games won't have this issue
as they're not installed in an encrypted folder like Windows apps and games are.

Unfortunately, you won't be able to launch these games now and they will have to be redownloaded.

Before you can do that, you'll need to delete the folder they are located in. This Folder is called 'WindowsApps'. It should be in the root directory of the drive.

This guide should help deleting this folder.

Give it a go. If you have problems deleting the folder, I have some other tried and tested methods you can do to remove this folder.

You don't actually receive a code. Once it's available for you, it will either show as free to download in the store or show up in your ready to install section of your games and apps.

But the game should show up in your ready to install?

All I've seen is a trial or the install from disc

If you search for the game in the store on XBOXONE does it say Install? Sometimes games don't show up in the ready to install list automatically

Ok, I have the games installed on Xbox 360 and they are backwards compatible. Black Ops 1 shows up on my Xbox One's ready to install same with Modern Warfare 3 but Black Ops 2 and alot of my other games DON'T show up. I don't understand why.
