Installed games appearing on Ready to install list

Every time I buy/redeem a game I download it. 2 days ago I noticed several installed games disappeared from Installed tab and appeared on Ready to install.

Those games are:

- Apex Legends (37.99 GB)

- DC Universe Online (44.7 GB)

- Friday the 13th: The Game (9.25 GB)

- Gwent: The Witcher Card Game (4.47 GB)

- Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege (149.57 GB)

I monitor free space I have on my HDDs and I'm sure I don't have around 250GB more space I had a week ago, so it seems that those games are still on my HDDs somewhere. I restarted console several times since noticing the problem and it remains.

Did anyone report similar issue? If I redownload those game will it overwrite them or will I lose 250GB of disk space?

My console is not in Xbox Insider program.

I power down my console every day and disconnect it from the socket to be exact.

Sorry for the delay in replying. I have done some reading and the suggested fix is to run a hard reset on the console.

Hi , Were these games saved in an external hard drive?

If so, have you tried the steps in the troubleshooting guide for this?

I have had this issue in the last but as part of the insider program. It was automatically rectified, but i realise this is slightly different to your situation.

As i recall those games where in fact moved to the external hard drive. However the console has access to this drive as I can without any problems start several other games I have installed there.
