installed game not listed in aps or games

The
Xbox One S Minecraft bundle purchased from the Microsoft Store includes the base game, which should start installing after you redeem the code, the Minecraft Explorers pack which comes with texture packs and skins which should be accessible in your game
inventory when you launch the game, and the Minecraft Story Mode Season 1. The add-on codes won't be seen in your games library and nothing will download for those add ons. You need to access these items in-game.

Did the subscription codes say they were expired after you tried redeeming them? If the box was sealed, then that shouldn't be the case. We cannot help with expired code issues in a bundle so you will either need to go back to where you purchased the bundle

i changed settings to auto update/install. dont know if that fixed it. found minecraft in games purchase section n it said owned n it had a download button so that is showing up in games/aps now.

in game there r only 2 of the 4 'starter pack' items-- greek and villian, the plastic and skin pack1 i cant find,

also cant find any of the 6 from 'creators pack' -- relics of privateers, adventurers dream, wildlife savanna, pure bd craft, winter mini games, pastel skin pk.

purchased as a gift from amazon. i did not try the trial codes for gamepass or livegold

did you check the ready to install section for those games? where did you buy the console from?

I have the exact same problem. I did everything on the list. Plus some other stuff. Nothing fixes this after HOURS of trying.

The problem first seemed to have occurred when I downloaded The Bard's Tale Trilogy through the EA AP after starting a download in the Xbox ap. Maybe.

Nothing will stop the "Checking for updates..." which stops the ap from doing anything at all. I even uninstalled all my games. Now I can't install anything or cancel pending installs.

The 360 already has a LOT of aps so to see more aps on Infinity should not surprise anyone. Scroll down this page to see the constant growing list of aps on the 360. support.xbox.com/.../xbox-live-status
Over 50-60+ aps.

I would prefer to see them focus more on gaming but those days are long gone.
