    Installed game code Forza Motorsport: Premium Edition on Xbox1 - then realised not...


    My son got an xbox one for his birthday. An uncle emailed him a game code for Forza Motorsport: Premium Edition that same day. We entered the game code not knowing that this game is not compatible with XBox one . The code was accepted - the game was installed but we are unable to play it . what can we do.. seems like it is a waste of money as we cant play it on our machine. any advice?

    Unfortunately since the code has been redeemed, there's nothing that can be done. If he also plays on PC, the game can be access their as well.
