    just got my xbox one today with bf4 it wont install online so i did it offline plays and works great offline if i plug it back up to the internet and go to play it does the update and wont install at all i loved xbox and xbox 360 this is making me
    mad any ideas?

    Are you online while attempting installation? as I would suggest being offline.

    Done it online i have also done the offline install this is my 4th restore now 5 hours in.

    It appears installing games wont work at all, whether Im connected or not, something obviously goes wrong! Installation stops if im offline, & it Freezes at 0% if im online, Hopefuly they'll make an effort to fix this!?

    Installation stopped

    Try canceling the installation for the game, then go to your network settings and select go offline in the bottom left. Once you are offline try to install the game. If this works after the installation go back online and download the updates.

    same thing happening with ghosts, online install says 0% and wont move, but offline install of the DISC goes and then gets stuck at 40% and then says the disc is scratched or dirty, of which it is neither. Not had a good experience with the Xbox one so far,
    microsoft better get working on that disc drive driver and HDD patch because this is making me furious
