    Bout a year ago my one s done an update and every since the hard drive had issues. Got a new one and downloaded the files and it still won’t update. Says there is a problem e101xxxxxx

    System update failed

    I have tried the steps for both error codes E100 and E101, problem was not solved. I believe it could be corrupted files in the hard drive.

    Xbox one won't update

    I understand, normally when the E101 error is displayed it is necessary to try to do an offline update, but in your case, the same problem happens. I'm afraid it's a problem with your internal hard drive, given the solutions you've tried to solve this problem.

    Hello again, If you are getting the E101 error, it means your console's internal hard drive has bad clusters and needs to be replaced.
