    Installations stop when I put my xbox in sleep mode


    My installations keep stopping when I put my xbox to sleep mode, this never happend before but I soft reset my xbox and now I can't install anything when I'm in sleep mode, this is happening on an xbox series x and my internet is fine it downloads very well when the console is on, any feedback would be helpful, thanks in advance.

    Yes i have tried this twice and somehow it fixed the problem, I'm as confused as a pickle right now but I guess that's it, thank you for your reply

    This is the first thing I tried but it didn't work, made sure my settings are set correctly and I have tried re-seeting the setting to default then changing it back, didn't seem to fix it.

    Hello Kind C! I'm Kris and I'd be happy to help you with your question.

    Have you double checked to make sure the settings have not changed?

    Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
    Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Updates.
    Under Updates, select Keep my console up to date to update your console automatically and Keep my games & apps up to date to update games and apps automatically.

    If this is set correctly, try changing it then changing it back.
