    “I purchased a game ( just cause 4 ) and i have enough storage space but i always getting the message installation stopped with download presnrtage 0.0 , and i have a stable network connection , i tried on off console, i tried deleting saved game storage , iam sure that my console updated, what should i do to solve my problem ?”

    I had exactly the same problem copying games off of a backup disk. It would just stop copying. The only way to start it again was to restart the box.

    Now I've got the games loaded performance is dreadful. Wolfenstein just keeps freezing, it's unplayable.

    It could be that an update is causing the installation to stop. Try taking the console offline for the duration of the disc install to see if that helps (delete the current install before you try this)

    Did that and also unplugged the power.. it's farther than it's gotten all day so hopefully that's a good sign. Thanks

    Sorry to hear it. Can you please try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down to see if that helps solve the issue?
