Installation Stopped on Series X and Console being slow

Does anyone have any other way to fix these issues? For the past two days my console has been acting a bit slow and the game installations/updates wont start or if they do they’ll say “Installation stopped”. I hard reset my console, cleared my cache, cleared local saved games, Rebooted my wifi, I clicked the alternate MAC address, and I did a factory reset TWICE and nothing worked. I really don’t know how else I’m supposed to fix it. It’s not my wifi because my PlayStation is working completely normal unlike my Xbox. Someone please help!

If I may ask, do you have an external hard drive plugged into your console? If yes, kindly unplug the hard drive then perform a powercycle before trying to install a game again.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

Yep but when one stops being able to download the other is able to. And it’s not the home console privileges. I’ve made sure that my series x is my console with all privileges.

Your drive will work the same on Series X as it does on Xbox One and you won't need to format it.

However, Series X games or Xbox One games with Series X enhancements will not run from that drive and will either need to be installed internally or to an external SSD designed for Series X/S.

Your hard drive will be too slow for Series X games. They can be stored there, but not run from there.

Normally what would solve problems with download being stopped would be what I suggested above, since you've already tried resetting the console to factory defaults, and also clearing the cache. Anyway, the game works fine on your Xbox series x as informed by you. Do you have problems installing other games on your Xbox one x?

The one s is NOT series console

Also it MUST BE installed on the internal or external storage card not.external hdds

Next gen games cannot be installed on external hdds as they are just too slow

With the current state of.calisto protocol.it's best not.to use Ray tracing unless you have a series x as even high end pcs have trouble with it
