"Installation stopped" notification comes up when I try to instal the Witcher 3

I purchased and downloaded the witcher 3 last night and had no problems playing it. When I tried to stat the game today I repeatedly revived an in game error on the main menu that stopped me from continuing my save game. After troubleshooting I quit the
game and started the game again. At this point I was unable to lunch the game at all. After numerous attempts to get the game to start I decided to uninstall and reinstall the game to see if this would solve the problem. The thing is when I went to reinstall
the game the "installation stopped" notification popped up every time I tried to install the game

The game dose not start installing then fail, it just pops up with the notification right away if I try to install it.

other games and apps install fine (I am installing halo 3 Odst right now.)

I have power cycled, cleared the cache, tried installing on another hard drive, and uninstalled all dlc and saved games from the hard drive to no avail.

If anybody has a solution the this problem or could point me in the right direction I would be happy to hear it.

Warframe not installing.

I've been trying to instal Warframe so I could play it. But, it never starts installing. It's always just stuck at "installation stopped". When I click it to install, it says it's installing but then immediately switches back to the aforementioned issue.
When I try to instal it from the game manager page, it says quote "Warframe needs to reserve 0KB on your Xbox. Uninstall something else, then try again. (0x87e10001)" I've tried searching for this error code, but to no avail.

 

Seagate 2tb external Hard Drive

I just bought a 2tb Seagate expansion. My games will not transfer. After 6 hours, about every 4 seconds i get an "installation stopped" notification, then after a couple seconds a message that says "External Hard Drive Ready" and after these 6 hours of
tormenting notification sounds, literally nothing is transfered, because it spends no more than 3 seconds on a game before the installation stops. It's taking everything not to rip my hair out.

 

I'm having this same issue as well. I'm getting error 0x80073cf2 when I try and install it. It booted me out of a running game and I can't get back in.

 

I am having the exact same problem. I got booted from the game while it was running with an error message telling me to "try again later". I power cycled my Xbox One twice and uninstalled Witcher 3. Now when I try to reinstall it only tells me "Installation
stopped" after a few seconds.

 

Same thing and is asking me to buy it again!

 

I'm having the same problem! It crashed while playing and now it wont install after I uninstalled it. No one has any answers? It still says I purchased it

I have the exact same issue when downloading the Elder Scrolls Online game. I know it isn't playable till 12:01am tonight. I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling, clearing the cashe and even rebooting my modem. Still stops install. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.

 

I'm having similar problems, but with patching the game. Patch 1.03 wouldn't install, and I had to reinstall the game for it to work. Now, with 1.04 I'm having the same problem, not being able to install the patch (it's freezed around 30%) and I don't want
to reinstall the game again. I got the digital copy, so, if everytime I need to patch to play I need to reinstall it as well I'm going to become very frustraded, for the patches are 700 mb tops, but the game is 30gb. Please, attend this problem. The code error
is 0x80070570 and needless to say I tried everything the support asked to do.
