Installation Stopped for Digital Copy of Batman: Return to Arkham

Hi all,

First I would like to apologize for posting this under Batman: Arkham Origins. Actually, I am having an issue with Batman: Return to Arkham, but it was not showing at the dropdown menu. I am sorry if there was a better subtopic to post this under, but I
didn't find one.

Secondly, I would like to seek advice from the forum about the issue I was having with installing the digital copy of Batman: Return to Arkham (which contains two Batman games, Arkham Asylum and Arkham City). I keep getting the "Installation Stopped" notification.
I hope this is the right forum to post this. I am on XBOX One (not S or X), by the way.

I have tried resetting the console (by pressing the power button for 5 seconds) numerous of times. I have also unplugged the power cables (from console to the brick and also from the brick to the power socket). I have tried installing to the internal drive,
but nothing worked.

By nothing worked, I mean that sometimes, it would continue to download right where it stopped before, to a point that the Batman: Arkham City shows the "Ready to Start" notification (around 70%, I think), and the Arkham Asylum at around 30% (29% something) But
then it would stopped at some point. And I would reset the console, and it won't work anymore, so I would wait for longer then resetting the console. Sometimes it would continue to download a little bit, but sometimes it would immediately stopped. So I reset
it again, and so on and so forth the story goes.

From what I read from the net, some people experienced this with several game titles. But I think most of them facing this issue when they are trying to install from discs, that's why one of the proposed solution was to insert the disc but install from the
store. Another proposed solution is to go offline.

For me, that wouldn't work. I encountered this issue after purchasing the digital game; and I need internet connection to download.

If anyone here has some insights on how to deal with this, it would be appreciated.

Trying to install Batman return to Arkham but says installation stopped errorcode 0x80070001

bought Batman Return to arkham yesterday and one disc won't install. Arkham City installed fine but Arkham Asylum disc keeps saying installation stopped and error code 0x80070001

 

need help.please

i bought batman arkham knight in disc,and the instalation stops at 30%. it says,installation stopped. and a code error 0x87e00064. please help.

I just wanted to say that I’m having the same issue. I bought that, Telltale Batman season 2. Mine told me the items were corrupted.

I contacted support and they said to wait until it’s fixed. That was last week.

I tried to download Tera today and I got the same issue.

I’m sorry I can’t help I just want to help say that this is an issue and if more are aware of it maybe something will get done.
