Installation Stopped / Corrupt Games

Hi everyone, i wonder if you guys can please help me!

i believe since last week, my xbox one (i think the original) has stopped installing games; there’s space on the internal and space on the harddrive, but when i try to download games on either, it will say “Installation Stopped”. I tried to download Watch
Dogs: Legion and a PDP app for my controller, and it was doing the same thing for both.

i eventually left it, as i didn’t really mind not playing on them.

Then this week, i decided to download another game (a game i previously owned and had downloaded) and it came up with the “Installation Stopped” message, i spoke to my friend who had given me the xbox as a gift, and he recommended to do a hard reset and
keep the games and to just back everything up. I did this, went to download the previous games/apps and the same message occurs; i decide to play a game i already have installed and it appears to be “corrupt”, whereas i was playing said game before i did a
hard reset (Black Ops 4). Xbox reccommended to uninstall and reinstall and surprise surprise, “installation Stopped”. I can’t reinstall the game, and i’ve discovered that now multiple games that i had installed are now corrupt!

My console is up to date, I’ve tried clearing local saved data, i’ve tried changing/clearing the MAC address and nothing is working!

i really don’t know what to do.
