    can someone help me out with this issue for installing my games or just even update them. I've been having this problem since the dashboard update and now some of my games and dlc won't let me install them. I restarted my xbox a
    lot of times and still nothing happened

    Halo Wars 2 will not install on my Xbox One

    My Halo Wars 2 will not install on my Xbox One. Every time I start the installation it is stopped at 0%.

    I put the forza 5 disc n the console 4 the first time and it began to install it stopped at 0% and said "installation stopped" and doesn't let me do anything

    Thanks Mohammed,

    Tried all that and it’s still not downloading.

    As stated, my kid tried to reinstall under his profile.

    I’ve cancelled and uninstalled everything, even reset to factory state and tried a fresh install under my profile and it’s still at zero. Is there a way you can refresh something there on your end? Cause nothing seems to be working from here.

    Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi, I'm using the internal hdd. I can download/install apps from Microsoft store (youtube, spotify etc) the problem is I cannot download online purchased games, installation process stops at 0%. The hdd is ok, I've installed Division 2 from disc with no
