    Hi all

    I have been trying to install FTL on Games pass for PC, it keeps stalling at 67%. I have gone through all the steps in support a number of times with no luck.

    Does anyone have any suggestions?

    Thanks for the help, the issue is with Games pass on PC, not on the Xbox unfortunately.

    Hola DanOz76, en este caso te recomiendo que cheques si algún juego se está ejecutando en segundo plano, en caso de que sea así trata de cerrarlo y pausar y volver a reanudar la descarga.

    En caso de que esto no te sirva, intenta borrando la memoria caché de tu consola, esto se hace dejando presionado el Botón de Xbox de tu Consola por 10 segundos hasta que veas que se apague, esperar 5 segundos y volver a encenderla.

    En caso de que no te sirva ninguno de esos, puede ser que la actualización no se haya hecho correctamente, prueba des-instalando y volviendo a instalar el juego.

    I've also just successfully downloaded and installed another pc game pass game and that worked, but starfield is still failing.

    Game Pass for PC is correct.

    Signed into Xbox (Beta) with my account that has Game Pass for PC.

    Signed into Microsoft Store with same account.

    Download/install hangs and eventually fails- never passing 0%
