Installation problem across 2 consoles

Okay, recently I have purchased an Xbox series x due to my Xbox one’s old age and issue installing things

it turns out once I’ve turned on my new series X that I have the same issues installing digital games

these issues include:

- once I prompt it to install the game, it takes a while to display it in the queue OR requires a restart to display

- once it is in the queue, it may not display the image for it or the name of what I’m installing

- it will never go beyond saying “installing” and will never display the size of the download or actually start downloading

- it may change to “installation stopped” error but once I prompt it to start again it may put it in a “queued” state despite nothing being in front of it

- if I have something installing the console will struggle launching apps or games

- to change the state of an install (pausing or cancelling), I have to restart the console

The things I’ve tried to fix this issue are

- fac reset my router, change my DNS, & alternate MAC address

- clear console cache

- fac reset (on my Xbox one, didn’t work)

- soft reset (keep games & apps, used on series x)

I’ve gone to Xbox support about it, and they’ve asked me to record it happening and they’ll get back to me within 48 hours, but it’s been over 48 hours since and nothing has come back

Here are the possible troubleshooting that might help you.

1. Check for console system update. To do this, follow the steps: press the Xbox button  to open the guideProfile & system> Settings > System > Updates

2. Power cycle the console: Shutdown the Xbox console then unplug everything that's plugged in after that wait for 2-3 minutes before to turn it on

3. If you're connected via WiFi, you may try to connect your Xbox console through wired by using ethernet cable.

Yes. As long as they are using the same account on both consoles then they can be played on either.

On an Xbox 360 the content licensing works thusly:

The Xbox that has the license (the one that originally downloaded it OR had a license transfer done) can play the game.

The Xbox Account that bought the game can play the game, provided its signed into live.

If your console doesn't have the license, then the only way a game can be played is if his profile is signed in (you can play via your profile, but his must be signed in).

If you plan ahead, or move licenses around accordingly you can negate this issue.

you won't it has to have both accounts on the console that dowloaded it originally. if both accounts are on said console then both would have access to it.
