    Installation problem 0x80004005 with ARK


    Hey, I'm using a PC and i just bought the Xbox Ultimatepass yesterday and already installed Sea of Thieves (so far so good). Now I wanted to play ARK with a few friends that are using the Xbox-console (only played ARK with all DLC's on Steam and still have it installed). So I tried to install it, but it will only install the DLC's from the Explorer Package. When I try to get the normal Game installed (trying to install it without the explorer Pack) then it gives me the Problem above 0x80004005. When I try to look it up, it will only give me Solutions for Xbox one or Xbox 360 - so what should I do when im on a PC?

    Im not sure if the problem is coming cause of the already installed ARK (steam), but since they are different folders that shouldn't be the reason, does it?

    So I want to ask you, if anyone have had this problem before and got a solution for it.

    I would appreciate it.

    “Instillation Stopped” as soon as I start downloading

    I can’t install the game Ark Survival at first it wasn’t loading the game and would go to Home Screen so I uninstalled to see if I’ll install and fix the problem but now it says “Installation stopped” now stuck with this no.

    According to your description, you cannot install your DLC content in Ark Survival Ascended.



    This is a hot issue, and the community has received a lot of feedback from players with the same problem.

    Ark Survival Ascended - "DLC not installed" - Microsoft Community

    You may need to wait for an official update to install the DLC content normally.

    And you can try to uninstall and install it on the Microsoft Store/Xbox different programs to see if it works.
