Installation of Gear 5 never finishes (Endless Loop), Can't Delete, Can't Re-install

Description

Upon finishing installation of Gear 5, system notification pops up says it's "Gears 5 just got installed, check it out"

However, the Gear can't be launched from anywhere (not from start menu, not from xbox app)

Environment

- Win10 Pro / 1905 with XGP subscription

Repro Steps

- Start downloading Gears5

- Taking a while, so rebooted a couple times and resume downloaded (not sure this is relevant step)

- Download completes and notification toasts "Gears 5 just got installed, check it out"

Symptoms with Start Menu

- In start menu, Gears 5 shows up with down arrow icon. Selecting it opens up MS Store, with Installation button (not launch)

- At the same start menu -> More, has sub-menu only has 2 items (clear list and remove from the list)

- At the same start menu -> Uninstall, doesn't do anything, but removing down arrow icon. (This menu item reappears once selecting installation from xbox app)

Symptoms with XBox App

- In XBox (Beta) app, Nothing listed under left side of pane, all, installed, queue, nor needs attention section

- In Xbox (beta) app, find gears 5, then installation button shows up (not launch). Installation button will cause the windows notification, says got installed.. (gives down arrow icon on start menu), then changes immediate back to installation
button (infinite loop)

Symptoms with Settings -> Apps & Feature

- There's nothing in apps & features under settings, thus can't be uninstalled.

Symptoms with File System -> Apps & Feature

- Disk size indicates ~60Gig of space is already taken

- C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\ is protected, can't be accessed with elevated permission.

- After adding myself audit permission and owner through security setting I was able to browse.

- Problem file seems to be located at C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\MSIXVC\1E66A3E7-2F7B-461C-9F46-3EE0AEC64B8C, full 60 Gig space

- Even with elevated permission, audit permission, I was not able to delete the file.

- it just taking up 60 Gig of my SSD, can't delete, can't play, can't move, can't reinstall, can't anything.

Things Tried and To be Done

- Reinstall, Uninstall, Deleting, Launching, all failed.

- From other thread, following was suggested "go to your Settings, System, Storage, Temporary Files, and it’s listed in Delivery Optimization Files.", I'll try it later today and post the result.

- If this step doesn't help, I'll try enter into the safe mode and try deleting MSIXVC contents.

It's a P1 issue. It's obvious that many other experiences the same problem. Please, escalate to the dev team.
