Thanks for replying Jurgen, I already get the latest updates installed even after I fully reset my Xbox. Tried both the resets; one with keeping my games and apps and other without keeping them.

Hi again,

Now all my digital games are stopping downloading abruptly. Is there any way to rollback the updates? I think the latest of my updates is causing all these problems because I updated my console on 17th Nov and the string of problems have started from that
time.

Hello Stark,

Unfortunately, there is no way to go back to a previous update on the Xbox one. The most that can be done is what you have already attempted. Resetting the console while keeping games and apps will reset the operating system. Fully factory resetting the
Xbox console will have you start from scratch, as you have seen.

By any chance, have you tried downloading these items on a different network? Like a mobile hotspot, or a friend or family members home network for example? I would like to know the results if you end up testing other networks.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we'll try our best to get you on the Witcher asap. I see you've tried a bit of troubleshooting already, we suggest you perform a

factory reset while keeping your games and apps.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Settings.

Select All Settings.

Select System.

Select Console info & updates.

Select Reset console.

For people who will face this or similar type of problem in the future, do the following:

Remove your Xbox as a home Xbox and then only sign in with the account you did the purchase and factory reset your Xbox while keeping your games and apps.

The installation has stopped at 99.4% this time. Did the same steps as before but still doesn't work.

I have been trying to install Hearts of Stone DLC of Witcher 3 and it gets stuck at 62.4%(2.95GB of 4.73GB) everytime and shows that installation has stopped with a code 0x87e0000f. I have cleared the local savegames again and again, reinstalled the
games and also reset my whole Xbox One but still, the problem persists.

What can I do to solve this issue?

Hi,

are you trying to install it on an external hard drive? If yes, I suggest you try to install it in the internal HDD.
